She believes in encouraging people to practice with the body they have right now, to be kind to themselves and to explore all of the multifaceted aspects of who they are.
She has been teaching yoga and practicing Ayurveda for more than 25 years. A yoga therapist, she facilities the work of yoga as a healing science. In addition, she works as a nurse and yoga therapist in mental health, wellness, and recovery from addiction.
