Becoming a Vendor
Thank you for your interest in being part of our Vendor Village at one of our 2013 events.
2013 NEW VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED!
Please download the application and submit as instructed below.
- Be sure to carefully review the application/agreement document and fill it out in its entirety. Partially completed applications will not be processed.
- The application is a digital form, fill out all required fields, save and return via email to vendors-sponsors@bhaktifest.com.
- You will also need to print, scan and sign the last page of the vendor agreement and return that as a separate file.
- Once we receive your application if you are accepted we will send you confirmation and instructions for selecting your booth space and payment.
- Spots are not guaranteed till your application is accepted and full payment is received.
- Please do not make a payment until you have received an acceptance notification.

Vendor RenewalsThe vendor renewal process is now closed. Returning vendors are always welcome to apply at anytime and select from the spots still available.

Bhakti Fest is celebrating its 5th Anniversary this year and offers a fantastic sponsorship platform for to reach the socially conscious community interested in natural products, health, wellness and betterment of the planet. Our three events attract 6000 plus paid attendees (based on 2012 attendance) and we expect increases in 2013. We offer on-site integration in high traffic locations for showcasing products and services, as well as a significant level of national brand exposure through our marketing and advertising, over 7,000,000 impressions for sponsors last year.

Vendor PaymentsAll Vendor related payments can be made HERE after you been accepted. Please be sure to include your company name with your payment. Please do not make payments prior to your application being approved.
