This interactive journey of exploration cultivates a deep connection to our passions and awakens us to who we are, and our purpose. Inspired by Joseph Campbell’s “hero’s journey” participants move through a series of values as the hero of their own story. Each value corresponds with supporting activities/missions that allow each child to uniquely embody that value within themselves.

led by Sita Devi Dasi

Stories include topics of gratitude, love, dreams and peace.

Albert Einstein said, ‘Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.’ In a world of digital entertainment, we (kids and adults alike) tend to neglect our most powerful tool of creativity: our own imaginations. Imagination ignites passion, stimulates creativity and innovation, sparks thoughts that build a better future, and invites MAGIC into our lives. This workshop is designed to activate and invigorate our imaginations, opening us up to new levels of ingenuity and evolution. Adults are encouraged to participate as well.

All children have special gifts, talents and super powers that need to be validated and supported. In Fairy School we create a safe and fun environment for psychic and magical children to develop their gifts, their connection to nature and the world around them through play, creativity, ceremony, non-violent communication and empathy. Each class is co-created by all those in attendance and split into three different 20 minute activities such as tea ceremony, altar making, arts and crafts with nature, psychic games, guided meditations, sound bath, etc… For this edition of Fairy School, we will channel our creative Fire by crafting Magic Candles which the children will dress and decorate with oils, herbs and crystals to manifest their wishes, dreams and intentions.

led by Atom Rose

Getting kids to channel and develop their inner voice and intuition in a fun co-creative environment. Breaking the ice by humming, sharing, playing their favorite song, we will join in and learn how to riff on a theme and learn how to create our own new song! Using ideas!

Fantuzzi’s joyous, irreverent energy meets our kids’ hearts on the level of purity in action – he’ll have them smiling, laughing, singing and dancing. He’s going to share music and stories, encourage everyone to keep planting trees, greening our beautiful earth, making a more beautiful world inside and out. FIRE is an ancient sacred element honored by many cultures. Bring your children in to discover

the magical powers of Fire. Through a playful energy, they will get a chance to find out what the

magic is all about. We will engage them with stories and teach hands on tools that will empower

them on a practical level. Moms and dads will also learn how to use Fire to bring more peace

and harmony into their homes and lives.

Join us and learn how Fire:

  • Brings out the leader in children.
  • Teaches your child how to feel more empowered.
  • Centers the mind, calms the spirit and heals old wounds.
  • Is a method to change your mood from yucky-crankiness to peaceful-clarity.
  • Is an alchemical tool to zap out negative energies in your home.
  • Brings the community together in the spirit of oneness and love.

with Dawn and Greg

Through a combination of movement, breath, mindfulness, music and environmental awareness Dawn and Greg create a space where children can connect as a group. The approach is open-minded and places the students at the center of the learning process welcoming improvisation and creativity. Drumming allows children to connect to their inner rhythm and to the rhythm of the group. Getting to know their personal melody while gaining confidence in expressing it is the goal. This is a good exercise to learn how to “listen” and “share” the space with others. Hence, community values, self empowerment and other practical tools for everyday interactions are communicated in a cheerful way. Ages usually vary from 4 to 10, but all ages are welcome.

Sunday (Air)

led Aya Starwheels

We will take yoga up in the air and explore the basics of Acro-Yoga. Kids and parents will learn how to “fly”, how to “base” and how to be safe “spotters” in beginner-level Acro-Yoga positions & flows. Be prepared to play with partners, have fun, tumble & laugh.

(Alter-Building Activation & Mandala Magic)

In this workshop, all starseed children present will be learning how to set sacred space for themselves and each other with tools such as incantations and intentions while using palo santo, sage, or copal. They will also be learning how to build altars based on what inspires them as well as using the base of the elements and the 4 directions. The intention is to reawaken children to rituals involving nature and provide them with the space to explore their spiritual essence and sacred space setting. In this playshop, all of the magical yogi children will be introduced to the chakras through a building of a nature mandala involving nature symbols for for each chakra so that a seed is planted for them to recognize the symbolism of colors to their spiritual energy centers. The space will be held for children to talk about which color auras they see around them and which colors they are drawn to and what that can relate to in the chakra system. This will be an inclusive, and imaginative experience that is both creative and informative.
